Top of the infamous Super C Couloir. We wallowed up to our nipples for 4,500’ from the lodge far below and just before this moment we were circled by two massive Andean Condors, birds specific to the Andes mountains with up to 10’ wingspans. After this shot Chris Davenport, Sierra Quitiquit and I skied 5,000’ of powder in between massive walls of rock. We only stopped for momentary safety regroups and it was 30 minutes of continuous skiing before we emerged at the base.
