The pale milky white web of an infinite universe held the sky in its twisting folds. Bright stars and planets hung like drops of dew. We watched satellites tracking perfectly in their orbits. SATELLITES! How miraculous what the clever mind of man has done to our world. No matter what far corner of this earth, no matter how remote you remove yourself from the constructs of civilization, you would see these artifacts of ambition; The best and worst of man, speeding above. The next morning we climbed and biked down Mt. Huron.
